Drop In Classes at The Gate

Weekly classes suitable for all levels

$25 drop in, or $110 for a five-class pass

Max 4 people per class. Book to secure a spot. 12hr cancellation policy.

Pass gives access to any class type and can be shared between family or friends. Passes expire August 23, 2024

Stability, Stretch & Strength

Skip the Sun Salutations (there’s no flow in this one!) and knock off the weekend rust as you build mobility, flexibility, and strength. Each class maintains a particular focus (an area of the body and/or technique) that is emphasized throughout the practice as we work to stabilize, stretch, and strengthen.

Mondays @ 9:30-10:30am

Sunrise SlowFlow

It’s the middle of the week; start your Wednesday with an ease-full slow-flow practice! With a little less cueing, more repetition, and fewer technical details than much of my other teaching, this class gives you space and time to find a slow flow state.

Wednesdays @ 7:45-8:45am

Anatomy in Asanas

Embrace anatomy in your yoga poses (Asanas). Each class starts by highlighting an anatomical focus, and then moves to intentionally engage that area of the body through preparatory movements and poses that later get incorporated into a flow. It’s a challenge for your body and your mind!
