Drop In Classes at The Gate

Weekly classes suitable for all levels

$25 drop in, or $110 for a five-class pass

Max 4 people per class. Book to secure a spot. 12hr cancellation policy.

Pass gives access to any class type and can be shared between family or friends. Passes expire April 30, 2025

Stability, Stretch & Strength

Skip the Sun Salutations (thereโ€™s no flow in this one!) as you build mobility, flexibility, and strength. Each class maintains a particular focus (an area of the body and/or technique) that is emphasized throughout the practice as we work to stabilize, stretch, and strengthen.

Mondays @ 12:00-1:00pm

Anatomy in Asanas

Embrace anatomy in your yoga poses (Asanas). Each class starts by highlighting an anatomical focus, and gets you active on your mat through preparatory movements and poses that later get incorporated into a flow. Itโ€™s a targeted, intentional practice that will engage both your body and your mind!

Iโ€™m guest teaching at full-day retreats organized by Jo Sawyer, a long-time school teacher and mindfulness facilitator, aimed at helping women and educators reduce stress and find a calmer balance in their lives.
